Here are the objectives, functioning methodology and do’s and don’ts of this program.
Objective
This program will facilitate the following skills/aspects that are required for SrIvaishNava prachAraka in a time-bound manner
- Understand SrIvaishNava sampradhAya related matters in depth and clarity with the help of pUrvAcharyas’ works.
- Practice as best as possible.
- Present the philosophy clearly to others through speeches, presentation etc.
- Have a stock of simple books which can be presented to others.
- Follow-up and guide others in a continuous process.
Qualifications required for a prachArakar
- SrIvaishNava AchArya sambandham through pancha samskAram.
- Humility.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Avoidance of dhEvathAntharams.
Functioning
- Three study groups will be constituted namely – dhivya prabandham, rahasya grantham, Guruparamparai.
- Each group will have 2 mentors max. The responsibility of each mentor is:
- to conduct sessions as per the plan, publish topic links to the participants/members in the respective groups regularly
- prepare the content and be in position to speak about the topic in case presenter not available to present on any particular day.
- maintain the decorum during sessions.
- send reminders to participants about class timings and the turns to present.
- Maintain a running document with questions and doubts that come up.
- A topic from the subjects mentioned above will be selected and an online link (kOyil.org) containing the lecture will be shared with participants in each subject group.
- Participants interested in presenting will volunteer to talk and present the concepts in the respective group. Based on a first come first approach, participants will be given the opportunity to present.
- Presenter will listen and prepare on the topic and deliver key points in the discussion call on the subsequent day. Doubt clarifications can happen in the same call. For further clarification, mentors will ensure that the doubts are clarified from elders.
- A complete one day will be made available for the preparation from the day the topic was published by the mentor in each group. Every alternate day, discussions will be held.
- Participants can be members in more than one group but can be mentor in only one group. This will ensure that the mentor has enough time to prepare and deliver in a given topic and also other members get opportunities to present.
- The source for all the topics has to be from kOyil.org only.
- Google form for registration.
Dos and Don’ts
- Present views from authentic sources only. Please stick to Koyil.org. Do not present one’s own view on any topic. All views have to be from authentic sources only.
- Please be respectful towards other members/ participants, even when they express differing views. Do not get into any arguments with co members or participants
- Please listen patiently and respect everyone’s sentiments and do not hurt anyone’s sentiment with words or actions.
- Please limit the presentation duration to be max 15 minutes. If one presentation extends, it will affect other presentations.
- Please ensure proper physical attire during the sessions.
- Be with thirumaN and SrIchUrNam.
- Wear traditional clothes according to gender and ASramam i.e. panchakachcham, saree etc)

இந்தக் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கங்கள், செயல்பாட்டு முறை மற்றும் செய்ய வேண்டியவை மற்றும் செய்யக்கூடாதவை இங்கே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
நோக்கம்
இந்தத் திட்டம், ஶ்ரீவைஷ்ணவ ஸம்ப்ரதாய ப்ரசாரகருக்கு உண்டான திறனையும், தகுதிகளையும் குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்துக்குள் வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள உதவும் .
- ஸம்ப்ரதாயம் தொடர்பான விஷயங்களை பூர்வாசார்யர்களின் படைப்புகளின் உதவியுடன் ஆழமாகப் புரிந்து கொள்ளுதல்.
- முடிந்த வரை அநுஷ்டானத்தில் கடைபிடிப்பது.
- அவ்வாறு புரிந்து கொண்டவற்றை மற்றவர்களுடன் உபந்யாஸங்கள் முதலியவை மூலம் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளுதல்.
- ஸம்ப்ரதாயப் புத்தகங்களை வைத்துக் கொண்டு மற்றவர்களுக்கு வழங்குதல்.
- அவர்களுடன் தொடர்பில் இருந்து கொண்டு, வழிகாட்டியாக விளங்குவது

செயல் முறை
- திவ்ய ப்ரபந்தம், ரஹஸ்ய க்ரந்தம், குருபரம்பரை ஆகிய மூன்று குழுக்கள் அமைக்கப்படும்.
- ஒவ்வொரு குழுவிலும் அதிகபட்சம் 2 வழிகாட்டிகள் இருப்பார்கள். அவர்களின் பொறுப்பு
- திட்டத்தின்படி அமர்வுகளை நடத்துவது, அந்தந்தக் குழுக்களில் உள்ள பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் / உறுப்பினருக்கு தலைப்பு இணைப்புகளை தவறாமல் வெளியிடுவது
- உள்ளடக்கத்தைத் தயாரிப்பது மற்றும் பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் எந்தவொரு குறிப்பிட்ட நாளிலும் வழங்கத் தயாராக இல்லை என்றால் தலைப்பைப் பற்றி பேசும் நிலையில் இருப்பது
- அமர்வுகளின் போது மரியாதையைப் பராமரிப்பது
- குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு வகுப்பு நேரத்தைக் குறித்து நினைவூட்டுதல்
- வகுப்புகளில் எழும் கேள்விகளையும், சந்தேகங்களையும் பதிவு செய்து கொள்வதுகொள்வது
- இங்கே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பாடங்களிலிருந்து ஒரு தலைப்பு தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு, koyil.org யில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள விரிவுரை ஒவ்வொரு பாடக் குழுவிலும் உள்ள பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளப்படும்.
- பங்கேற்க ஆர்வமுள்ள உறுப்பினர்கள் அந்தந்தக் குழுவில் தங்களது விருப்பத்தைத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். முதலில் பங்கேற்க விருப்பம் தெரிவித்தவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.
- பங்கேற்பாளர் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட தலைப்பில் தயாரித்து அதனை குழுமத்தில் வழங்குவர். சந்தேக விளக்கங்கள் அதே அழைப்பில் நடக்கலாம். மேலும் தெளிவுபடுத்துவதற்கு, பெரியவர்களிடமிருந்து சந்தேகங்கள் தெளிவுபடுத்தப்படுவதை வழிகாட்டி உறுதி செய்வார்.
- ஒவ்வொரு குழுவிலும் உள்ள வழிகாட்டியால் தலைப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்து தயாரிப்பதற்கு ஒரு முழுமையான நாள் கொடுக்கப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு மாற்று நாளிலும், விவாதங்கள் நடைபெறும்.
- பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட குழுக்களில் உறுப்பினராக இருக்கலாம், ஆனால் ஒரே ஒரு குழுவில் மட்டுமே வழிகாட்டியாக இருக்க முடியும். இது ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தலைப்பைத் தயாரிக்க வழிகாட்டிக்கு போதுமான நேரம் இருப்பதையும், மற்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் பங்கேற்க வாய்ப்புகளைப் பெறுவதையும் உறுதி செய்யும்.
- அனைத்து தலைப்புகளுக்கும் ஆதாரம் koyil org இலிருந்து மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- கூகுள் படிவம் மூலம் வகுப்பில் சேரப் பதிவு செய்யப்படும்
செய்ய வேண்டியவை மற்றும் செய்யக்கூடாதவை
- அனைத்து கருத்துக்களும் தகுந்த ப்ரமாணங்களில் இருந்து மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும்.. எந்தவொரு தலைப்பிலும் ஒருவரின் சொந்தக் கருத்தை முன்வைக்க வேண்டாம்.
- சக உறுப்பினர்கள் அல்லது பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன் எந்த வாதத்திலும் ஈடுபட வேண்டாம்
- யாருடைய உணர்வையும் புண்படுத்தாதீர்கள்.
- உங்களுடைய உரையை கட்டாயமாக 15 நிமிடத்துக்குள் முடித்துக் கொள்ளவும். ஒருவர் அதிக நேரம் பேசினால் அது மற்றவர்களின் நேரத்தை பாதிக்கும்.
- பயிற்சி வகுப்பில் கலந்து கொள்ளும்போது சரியான ரூபத்தில் இருக்கவும்.
- கண்டிப்பாக திருமண்/ஸ்ரீசூர்ணம் அணிந்தே வரவும்.
- அவரவர்களின் பாலினம் மற்றும் ஆச்ரமத்துக்குத் தகுந்த ஆடைகளை அணியவும் (பஞ்ச கச்சம், புடவை முதலியவை)”
